Dear Carriages, Bungalows, & Retreat Residents,

As colder temperatures and winter weather approach, please make sure your home is prepared for the season.

Irrigation Shut-Off – Action Required

If your irrigation shut-off has not yet been completed, please contact BLR@LandscapeEndeavors.com to coordinate completion as soon as possible.

Please do not assume your irrigation system has already been shut off. It is the homeowner’s responsibility to ensure the irrigation shut-off is completed. Failure to coordinate and complete the shut-off may leave the homeowner responsible for issues resulting from the system not being properly winterized.

Thank you for taking the necessary steps to prepare your home for colder weather.
