Banning Lewis Ranch Community Newsletter – August 13, 2026
Here are important updates and reminders to keep our community running smoothly.
Landscape and Grounds Maintenance Updates
Routine landscape maintenance and site policing continue daily throughout the community to help keep common areas clean, safe, and well maintained.
Residential sod replacement projects are currently underway and will continue throughout the month. Residents receiving new sod should note that irrigation programming may be adjusted to support proper establishment. Please do not alter these settings during the 2-4 week establishment period.
Residential plant material replacements are scheduled to begin next week and will continue throughout the month. In addition, select common area plant material replacements are planned to begin later this month and continue into September.
Looking ahead, the next planned fertilization of community turf areas is anticipated in early September as part of our ongoing landscape care program.
Community Management Reminder
If you have any questions regarding a covenant violation notice you received or a covenant violation fine listed on your billing statement, please reach out to your Community Management Team for clarification at blr@timberline-co.com.
Community Management Office Hours
Community management is continuing office hours this month to create a more accessible and transparent channel for resident engagement. These sessions allow homeowners to meet directly with management, ask questions, share feedback, and learn about ongoing projects and community initiatives. The intent is to strengthen communication, provide clarity on operations, and ensure residents have a convenient opportunity to voice concerns or suggestions in person.
Please note this month’s sessions will all be from 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM due to the community management team conducting rear yard landscaping inspections.
Upcoming Community Management Sessions:
- August 18, 2026 from 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM
- August 25, 2026 from 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM
- September 1, 2026 from 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Stop by for questions on operations, amenities, or upcoming projects.
