Banning Lewis Ranch - Retreat Lifestyle Services Update

Dear Retreat Residents,

Risher Amenity Management has notified District No. 1 yesterday evening of their decision to withdraw from the Lifestyle Services opportunity. The District and RFP Committee met this morning to review and determine next steps. 

The District No. 1 Board will meet on Monday, November 10th at 1:00pm to consider a new award. The District appreciates the community's understanding and will provide updates as they are available.
