Dear Residents, 

We’d like to take a moment to remind everyone of the importance of cleaning up after pets throughout our community. 

Recently, we’ve noticed an increase in pet waste left in common areas, sidewalks, and neighborhood green spaces. As a community, we all share responsibility for keeping our neighborhood clean, safe, and enjoyable for residents, visitors, and pets alike. 

Per our community guidelines, pet owners are expected to promptly clean up after their pets and properly dispose of waste. This helps maintain the appearance of our neighborhood, supports public health, and ensures a positive experience for everyone who lives and walks here. 

As our neighborhood continues to grow, occasional reminders can be helpful. We appreciate everyone doing their part by: 

• Carrying pet waste bags while walking dogs
• Using designated trash receptacles for disposal
• Being mindful of common areas and neighboring properties
