Lifestyle Services Contract Announcement

After an extensive search, proposal and interview process, BLR Metro District No. 1 and the RFP Committee are pleased to announce that the District Board of Directors has awarded the Lifestyle Services Contract to Risher Amenity Management.

Risher Amenity Management is an established lifestyle provider with 55+ Active Adult and all-age communities in Texas and Arizona. They bring a well experienced team and look to bring fresh ideas, culture, and build on current success in The Retreat. At present, they intend to keep the current lifestyle staff, as did all other companies that submitted a proposal on Lifestyle Services.

Risher Amenity Management is excited to partner with our community. BLR Metro District No. 1 will organize an introductory Town Hall meeting soon for residents to meet the team. When confirmed, the District will announce the date and time.
