New Dates for Asphalt & Street Improvements – July 28 - August 5

Dear Retreat Residents,

The asphalt and street maintenance improvement work originally scheduled from today, July 23rd through July 31st, is delayed.

This work will now be completed throughout the community beginning July 28, 2026, with work anticipated to continue through August 5, 2026, weather permitting. Work is anticipated to commence between 7:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. We appreciate your understanding and patience with this process.

Please review the updated phasing map below to identify when work is scheduled in your area and plan accordingly. Each phase is expected to take approximately one day to complete. We will distribute more information when available.

Residents are asked to remove all vehicles from the street within their designated phase for the duration of the work to ensure crews can safely and efficiently complete the improvements.  You will still be able to come and go from your homes while this work is being performed in your section.
