Dear Retreat Residents,

We wanted to make you aware of an issue affecting the pool heating system.

On Monday morning, during the Water Aerobics class, we were notified that the pool water felt unusually cold. Upon inspection, we found the pool temperature was approximately 70 degrees and observed that panels had been removed from the boiler. A technician from the YMCA also tested the pool water and informed us that the pool's ignitor appears to have failed over the weekend. This issue was not communicated to management at the time it occurred.

Repairs are being coordinated and will take place as soon as possible to restore the pool heater to normal operation. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience while the necessary repairs are completed.
