This is a friendly reminder that undeveloped areas within Banning Lewis Ranch are not open for recreational use. These areas are private property and may contain uneven terrain, construction activity, or other hazards that pose safety risks. 

For everyone’s safety, we kindly ask that residents and visitors do not enter or trespass into undeveloped areas, including specifically the use of bikes and dirt bikes. Continued unauthorized access may result in the involvement of local law enforcement authorities.
