Dear Retreat Homeowners,

It has been brought to our attention that there is some confusion regarding parking within The Retreat, and we would like to provide clarification.

The roadways within The Retreat are private roadways. Per the community guidelines, all residents are required to park in their garage or driveway (if applicable) at all times. Street parking is not permitted.

We understand there may be occasional circumstances where you have guests or need to park on the street temporarily. In those situations, we ask that you please notify us in advance so we can make a note of it and avoid issuing a violation notice.

The District maintains a towing agreement with Bugs Towing, which will remain in effect. Vehicles observed parked on the street will be tagged with an orange notice that indicates vehicles are subject to towing. If we do not hear from the vehicle's owner within 24 hours of tagging, Bugs Towing is authorized to proceed with removal. Please note that all costs associated with towing are at the owner's expense.

We have received multiple parking-related complaints and want to ensure that everyone is adhering to the established community guidelines so The Retreat remains well-maintained and an enjoyable place to live.
