Retreat - Use of Barn Space - Policy Reminder

Dear Residents,

This is a reminder of the established guidelines for using The Barn facilities at The Retreat.

Access & Use:

• Residents must accompany guests at all times.
• Guests must sign in with staff.
• Fob access is required for entry; do not share fobs with guests.
• All use of Barn spaces must comply with age restrictions and facility rules outlined in the Resident Handbook.

Reservations:

• Submit requests to the Lifestyle Staff no less than 10 days in advance for use of space. 
• Space usage that falls into less than the 10 days advance notice must be done so in person with a lifestyle staff member by the responsible party seeking use of the desired space.
• Specify the space and time needed; availability is subject to approval.
• Groups (i.e., clubs) may request once-weekly time slots, each up to three hours.

Responsibilities:

• Users must return furniture and décor to original placement.
• Cleanliness and readiness for the next group are expected.
