Dear Retreat Residents,

As a follow-up to the August 4th email from the management team, please be advised that the reprogramming of the community's entrance and exit automobile gates is now complete for the gates at Braemore Heights, Dublin Boulevard and Berriedale View.  The gate at Kitson Point is encountering technical issues, which are being addressed. Going forward and upon completion of the work on the Kitson gate, all automobile gates will remain closed full time to enhance community security and access control. 

As a reminder from our previous communication:

• Please notify any expected guests, delivery drivers, contractors, service providers, and vendors performing work at your home of this change prior to their arrival.
• Vendors and service providers should have the current guest gate access code before arriving to avoid delays.
• The guest access code changes monthly, so please be sure to provide visitors with the most current code when arranging access. Please contact Bluestar if you need the current code.
