Dear Residents,

The entrance gate on Kitson Point will remain open temporarily while a replacement access-control panel is being shipped and installed.

The replacement panel is expected to arrive in approximately two weeks. Keeping the gate open in the meantime will help ensure uninterrupted access for residents, visitors, and emergency services.

Thank you for your understanding.
