Dear Retreat Residents,

District Management would like to provide an update regarding the availability of additional RFID stickers.

We understand that many residents have been waiting for new or replacement stickers. Our team has been actively following up with our vendor regarding the most recent order. At the end of last week, we were informed that the vendor unfortunately overlooked the order but has confirmed that it will be processed this week.

We appreciate your patience as we work to resolve this matter. In the meantime, please continue to reach out to District Management if you are in need of additional RFID stickers. This will ensure that we have an accurate list of requests.

Once the new shipment is received, we will promptly issue stickers to all residents who have previously inquired.
