Over the next several weeks, Timberline Management & Consulting will conduct detailed property compliance inspections throughout the community at the direction of the District. As part of this process, our team will travel through the neighborhood in golf carts to perform thorough visual inspections of all properties.

To help ensure your property is in compliance, we encourage all residents to inspect their lots and address any maintenance items before inspections begin.

During these inspections, we will be observing items including, but not limited to:

• General property cleanliness and overall maintenance
• Excessive weeds or overgrown landscaping
• Pet waste that has not been removed
• Damaged, deteriorating, or unsafe trampolines and other outdoor recreational equipment
• Sheds or other accessory structures that are broken, leaning, or otherwise in disrepair
• Exterior maintenance concerns, including peeling paint, damaged fencing, or other visible property maintenance issues
• Any other visible conditions that may require attention under the community's governing documents

These inspections help preserve the appearance, safety, and property values within the community while ensuring compliance is applied fairly and consistently throughout the neighborhood.
