We would like to inform you that Oakwood is scheduled to begin street warranty repair work this week in the Vista Del Tierra area.

Oakwood plans to complete the work in the following phases:

• Phase 1: North end near Vista Del Pico to Dublin Boulevard
• Phase 2: Dublin Boulevard between Vista Del Valley and Vista Del Tierra
• Phase 3: Vista Del Tierra from Dublin Boulevard to Stetson Hills Boulevard

The entire project is expected to take approximately four weeks to complete, weather and field conditions permitting.

Residents may experience temporary traffic impacts and increased construction activity in the work areas while repairs are underway. Please use caution when traveling through these locations and follow any posted signage or directions from work crews.
