Dear Residents, 

We want to share an update regarding the condition of Vista Del Tierra, particularly the section north of Dublin. 

Oakwood is aware of the street repairs that are needed and has confirmed that these items are part of the city acceptance process. Repairs are planned for this summer, with a target start in June. 

At this time, the streets have not yet been accepted by the City and are therefore not owned or maintained by the City. Because of this, the City is unable to address the current condition directly. We kindly ask residents to refrain from contacting the City regarding these issues, as it will not expedite repairs.
