Dear Residents,

Beginning Thursday, October 29, warranty repair work will be taking place in portions of Banning Lewis Ranch Filings 55A and 56.

 

The developer’s warranty contractor will be completing repairs to items identified during the City’s punch list inspections. Residents may see crews working throughout the area on:

• Roadways
• Sidewalks
• Pedestrian ramps
• Concrete and asphalt areas
• Other related infrastructure improvements

During the work, driveway access and portions of private drives may be temporarily impacted. Crews will make every effort to maintain access whenever possible and will provide notice to affected homeowners if temporary restrictions are necessary.

Please use caution when traveling through active construction areas and follow all posted signage and directions from crews.
