Dear Residents,

We wanted to share a few helpful reminders from Waste Management (WM) regarding trash and recycling service in Banning Lewis Ranch:

• Have totes out by 7:00 a.m. Please place your trash and recycling totes out by 7:00 a.m. on your scheduled service day to help ensure pickup.
• Weekly trash limits: Service includes one trash tote plus up to three additional bags. If you regularly need additional capacity, you may contact WM directly to arrange for an additional tote and service at your own expense.
• Missed a pickup? Please contact WM directly at 720-547-8600 or 1-800-796-9696 for assistance.
• Holiday service: Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Day may affect regular trash and recycling service. WM has not yet confirmed whether there will be delays in Banning Lewis Ranch. We will be sure to update the community with delay information we receive as each holiday approaches.
• Recycling reminders: Please review the WM Recycle Guidelines below for information on what can and cannot be placed in your recycling tote.
